Frequently Asked Questions

What is your availability?

My availability varies based on current client commitments. I typically book 2-3 months in advance, though last-minute needs can sometimes be accommodated. Submit an intake form to check current availability.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is customized based on the type of care needed, schedule, and duration. I'll provide transparent pricing information after reviewing your intake form and during our initial consultation.

Do you provide travel and live-in support?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart. Yes! I offer both local overnight care and travel/live-in support for families who need extended care or are relocating. Travel arrangements and accommodations are discussed during consultation.

What does overnight care include?

Overnight care includes 10-12hr shifts with all feeding support (bottle or breastfeeding assistance), diaper changes, soothing, safe sleep practices, and light nursery tasks. You rest while I care for your baby.

Do you offer consultations before committing to care?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.Absolutely. After you submit an intake form and I confirm availability, we'll schedule a consultation (in person or via Zoom) to ensure we're a good fit and to answer all your questions.

Can you help with sleep training?

While the AAP no longer recommends traditional sleep training before 12 months, I specialize in gentle, age-appropriate sleep conditioning. My approach focuses on creating the ideal environment for healthy sleep patterns to emerge naturally, always respecting your baby’s development and your unique parenting philosophy.

Do you have experience with twins and preemies?

Yes! I have extensive experience caring for multiples and premature babies. I understand the unique considerations that come with twin care - coordinating feeding schedules, managing different temperaments, and ensuring each baby receives individual attention. For preemies, I'm well-versed in adjusted developmental expectations, specialized feeding protocols, and the extra attunement needed during their early weeks. I work closely with families to honor any NICU protocols and pediatrician guidance while providing the gentle, responsive care your babies need.
