I am a newborn care professional who believes deeply in respectful, highly responsive, and high-touch care as the foundation for a calm, regulated nervous system in newborns. When infants feel safe, seen, and consistently supported, they're able to build a secure attachment from their very first days earth-side; everything else flows more gently from there. My approach is rooted in science, co-regulation, and developmental understanding, paired with intuitive attunement to each baby's unique cues. I support families through overnight care, daytime support, live-in arrangements, and travel, creating an environment that nurtures emotional security while allowing gentle sleep conditioning to emerge naturally and successfully.

I bring a confident, steady presence to my role and pride myself on being able to anticipate needs before they arise, offering thoughtful structure and reassurance when it's most needed. In the same breath, I understand the importance of stepping into the background to create space for parents to connect, bond, and find their own rhythm with their baby, especially during daytime support.
